OVERVIEW

Understanding Detailed Specifications to produce Garment embodying the amalgamation of Work and Worker Ergonomics and Safety With comfort.

The guidelines given in the buyer’s material and construction data sheets were analyzed and collaborated upon with Fabric OEM’s and Textile Chemical OEM’s to arrive at the optimal construction and processing parameters. Creating a Lightweight Garment meant for Heavy Duty Use with specific areas of high-stress points while providing user comfort in tropical operating environments of high humidity and high temperature as well.

The development work led to the product being introduced into the Navy as we received two Purchase Orders from 2 different units of the Indian Navy, both being first-time orders from them. The project was executed in a timely manner which led to constant repeat orders from the end-user.

OVERVIEW

Achieved the highest ever MPC in the industry by supplying 300,000 Garments per month consistently over 5 months.

High volume order coupled with a tight deadline to enable personnel protection during the upcoming winter season, leading to needing to augment manufacturing capabilities to an unprecedented scale. Garment capacity was ramped up to 300% in a very short time by employing a 24×7 production schedule and managing downtime very diligently with ample provisions of redundancy, including that for raw material sourcing which could cater to such high turnover.

We supplied 1.5 Million garments in a period of 5 months, including 60 acceptance visits by inspectors and random sampling of the product during the same period. The entire order was delivered within 80% of the delivery lead time otherwise allotted to us.
